**Sales Manager — Remote, Digital IT Studio** lvl1dev is looking for a **Sales Manager** to help us find new projects, communicate with potential clients, and bring new business opportunities to the studio. lvl1dev is a digital IT studio and technology partner that helps businesses design, build, launch, and scale modern digital products. We work with websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, CRM/ERP systems, backend systems, APIs, AI integrations, automation tools, and full-cycle digital products. In this role, you will focus on searching for new projects, finding potential clients, building communication, and helping move leads from first contact to a closed deal. ### Responsibilities * Search for new projects and business opportunities for lvl1dev * Find and contact potential clients through **LinkedIn**, email, freelance platforms, business communities, personal network, and other channels * Generate and qualify leads for digital product development services * Present lvl1dev services clearly and professionally * Understand client needs, business goals, and project requirements * Arrange calls between potential clients and the lvl1dev team * Support client communication during the sales process * Help discuss project scope, timeline, budget, and expected results * Follow up with leads and maintain long-term communication * Work with the internal team to prepare proposals and project offers * Help bring projects to the closing stage ### Requirements * Experience in **sales**, lead generation, business development, or client communication * Understanding of IT services, websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, or digital products * Ability to search for projects independently * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Result-oriented mindset * Responsibility, consistency, and self-organization * Ability to explain services in a simple and business-focused way * Experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, Fiverr, email outreach, or other sales channels * Good English communication skills ### Nice to Have * Experience selling IT outsourcing or digital product development services * Existing network of potential clients or business contacts * Experience working with international clients * Understanding of UI/UX, web development, mobile development, backend, AI integrations, or automation * Experience preparing commercial offers or proposals ### We Offer * Fully remote work * Flexible working format * Cooperation with a modern digital IT studio * Clear service offering and strong technical team behind you * Support from the lvl1dev team during client discussions * Opportunity for long-term cooperation * Commission-based payment: **7% from the total value of each successfully closed project** * No fixed salary — income depends on successfully closed projects ### Commission Model This role does not include a fixed salary. The Sales Manager receives **7% from the total project value** for every successfully closed project. For example, if the project value is **$10,000**, your commission is **$700**. ### About the Role This position is ideal for a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager who can independently search for projects, find potential clients, build trust, and help close deals in the IT and digital product development market. You should be proactive, responsible, and comfortable working remotely. The main goal of this role is to bring new projects to lvl1dev and help the studio grow through strong client communication and consistent sales activity.
