Web designer

**Web Designer — Remote, Outsourcing Company** We are looking for a **Web Designer** to join our remote team and work on international outsourcing projects. You will be involved in creating modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs for websites, landing pages, web applications, and digital products. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, developers, QA engineers, and clients to turn business requirements into clear, attractive, and functional design solutions. ### Responsibilities * Create website, landing page, and web application designs * Prepare wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes * Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile * Work with **Figma**, **Canva**, and other design tools * Create UI elements, banners, icons, and visual assets * Improve existing website designs and user interfaces * Collaborate with frontend developers during implementation * Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency * Participate in design reviews and project discussions * Work with feedback from clients and internal teams ### Requirements * 2+ years of commercial experience in web design * Strong experience with **Figma** * Experience with **Canva** for marketing and visual materials * Good understanding of UI/UX design principles * Ability to create responsive web designs * Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout * Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS principles * Portfolio with examples of website or web application designs * Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote team * Intermediate English level or higher ### Nice to Have * Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator * Experience designing landing pages and marketing materials * Experience with design systems and reusable components * Basic knowledge of frontend development workflow * Experience working in outsourcing or product-based teams ### We Offer * Fully remote work * Opportunity to work on international projects * Flexible working hours * Friendly and supportive team * Professional growth and learning opportunities * Long-term cooperation * Competitive compensation based on experience ### About the Role This position is ideal for a designer who already has solid web design experience and wants to grow further by working on diverse client projects in an outsourcing environment.
